Terms of Service
By creating an account or otherwise using Shiijak's website and app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Shiijak, and you may keep only one account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at legal@shiijak.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Spam, harass, threaten, or impersonate another person or Shiijak;
- Post unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- Attempt to circumvent our moderation systems, or scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service without our written permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's normal operation.
Acceptable use is governed alongside, and consistent with, our moderation policy.
Content ownership & license
You own the content you post. By posting content on Shiijak, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as necessary to operate and promote the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.
Verification & the Shiijak community
Shiijak curates its community around founders, operators, and investors, and may display verification badges or editorial curation. This framing is aspirational and editorial — it describes our curation choices, not a legal guarantee of any individual's identity, credentials, net worth, or business status, and is not a certification of any kind.
Moderation & enforcement
Content or accounts that violate these Terms or our moderation policy may be labeled, limited in reach, or removed, and accounts may be warned, suspended, or terminated. Where available, an appeals process is offered in-app.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Shiijak app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiijak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
